Secure Collateral follows HUD, VA, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae along with local regulatory guidelines when securing subject properties to ensure preservation of our Client’s collateral. We can also provide any custom preservation and protection upon request. All work is inspected for quality workmanship with photo documentation upon completion.
Vacant properties are secured upon request. Carriage bolt/board or screws are utilized to attach approved coverings as dictated by applicable guidelines. Scheduled periodic inspections determined by the Client are recommended.
Above-ground and in-ground pool securitizations, including draining, are performed as directed. Local requirements are verified to ensure compliance. Periodic follow-up inspections are recommended.
This action will promote preservation and protection of the property by allowing grass cuts and other yard maintenance requirements to be performed in a timely manner while reducing possible code violations.
This consists of bi-weekly scheduled care during the growing season and a monthly inspection during non-growth periods to ensure code violation abatement.
Lock changes include a master lock with identical key codes for the front and rear entry doors and securing any other entryway which provides immediate access to the living area, attached garage or basement area. Locks are installed to the key code requested.
In jurisdictions where winterization is required, properties are winterized between October 1 and March 31 per the applicable guidelines or as directed by our Client.
We will work directly with the Client’s foreclosure attorney in arranging local law enforcement attendance and the appropriate amount of labor required on the date of the scheduled eviction to remove all personal property of the occupant(s).
